Process of customization:
1.We will contact you by email within 24 hours after your order (please ensure that your email address is correct) to confirm the customization details.
2.After we get in touch with you, we will make a rendering within 72 hours to confirm the customized layout and other details (such as stitches, colors, etc.). You can also contact us through Whatsapp), please send us directly your order number on Whatsapp.
3.After you confirm the rendering layout and other details, we will start to arrange the production and keep you updated on the latest progress.
4.After the customized product is completed, we will send you an email to check the final product.
5.After you confirm that there is no problem, we will arrange to ship the goods. We will send you an email containing the delivery order number (you can also check it on PayPal).
